Simon Horner

Simon joined GCW in 1998 after moving from New Zealand where he had held several senior roles in leading property consultancies. As a Director of our Agency team, he advises on disposals and acquisitions for nationals such as Tesco, Thorntons and Dove Spa. He is also an expert on asset enhancement, advising leading funds and property companies including La Salle Investment Management, Blackstone Property Management and CBRE Investors.

Simon started life as an ice cream salesman. He is now married with one child and enjoys swimming, travel and tennis.
