Nick Warr

Nick recently joined GCW as a Director of Shopping Centres. He was previously at GVA Grimley for eight years, working closely with clients including; Asda, McDonalds, RBS and Virgin Media. Nick has over 12 years’ retail experience and has had an active role in several of our Shopping Centre instructions. Nick also provides strategic advice to a number of leading retailers including Cinnabon and Harman Kardon.

Never far from a sunbed, Nick is a keen sportsman playing hockey and cricket for local London clubs. Or at least he did until the recent arrival of his first child.
