Lisa Manley

Lisa Manley joined GCW in 1997 and is now Director in the Professional team, dealing with lease renewal and rent review negotiations on high streets and shopping centres throughout the UK. Lisa advises a wide range of clients, both retailer and landlord, and also specialises in expert witness work, PACT referrals and asset enhancement through the rent review process.

Lisa turned her back on the surfing and sailing lifestyle of her native Jersey and now lives in Surrey with her husband, two children, a fake tan and highlights.
