Fiona Nichols

Fiona is responsible for the Investment team at GCW. She specialises in helping clients to spot retail investment opportunities and providing a business plan that will enable them to get the best return from their assets. She and her team also deliver an asset management service that enables retail property owners to rationalise their portfolios and focus on the most profitable assets.

A keen tennis player and ‘entertainer’, Fiona has a reputation for liking younger men that was confirmed when she married one.
