Clive Gillingwater

BSc FRICS ACIArb
Clive has been a Director of the company since 1992 and now heads GCW’s Professional Services team, specialising in large stores and supermarkets. Regularly acting as an Expert Witness, he has extensive experience of preparing both written representations and giving oral evidence at court hearings.

Clive is a guitarist with more enthusiasm than talent and enjoys most sports - particularly tennis and cricket.
