Alan Rawlins

Alan has more than 10 year’s experience of working in the retail property market, having started his career at one of the UK’s leading retailers. He joined GCW in 2003 and as a member of the Professional team spends most of him time advising on rent reviews and lease renewals. He is also regularly called on to act as an expert witness for third party and court referrals.

He likes Italy, Hawaii, and Antigua, but dislikes Bognor.
