This breadth of experience has given us a detailed knowledge of all stages of the development process, from pre-funding strategies and detailed development appraisals through to acquiring a site and negotiating head leases and development agreements with local authorities.

Our people also have experience of representing clients at CPO enquiries on large-scale projects.
