GCW has been appointed by Wilson Bowden & Ashcroft Estates for their £125m shopping centre project in Barnsley.
Earlier this month Debenhams committed to a 25-year lease at Marketplace, Barnsley.
The 75,000 sq ft anchor store will trade on two floors and include a restaurant. Marketplace Barnsley, which is due to open in 2015, will include 35 shops, a cinema and four restaurants. The development will also provide a new market hall for Barnsley town centre and improved car parking provision.
GCW and Jones Lang LaSalle are letting agents for Wislon Bowden and Ashcroft Estates.
